Bug Description

After the tempest patch was merged [1] nova-lvm job started to fail with the following error in test_rebuild_volume_backed_server:

tempest.lib.exceptions.InvalidParam: Invalid Parameter passed: When validation.connect_method equals floating, validation_resources cannot be None

As discussed on IRC with Sean [2], the SSH validation is mandatory now which is disabled in the job config [2].
