Bug Description
Resize of attached volume does not change iotune section in xml of VM.
Steps to reproduce
==================
Create "volume_type" with any "total_
Resize attached volume from created "volume_type".
Check xml of VM, "iotune" section does not changed.
Expected result
===============
xml should be updated and VM should has new "iotune" parameters
