Bug Description
Migration failed when trying to do a cold migration for a nova LVM backed instance.
Error message:
Error: Failed to perform requested operation on instance "migr-test2", the instance has an error status: Please try again later [Error: Unexpected error while running command. Command: scp -r /var/lib/
Seems the nova libvirt driver not handling the LVM path correctly on the source and didn't create the LV on the dest host.
