Bug Description

The feature, currently, should not be enabled in conf for architectures: PPC, PPC64, S390 and S390X. We need to raise an exception to tell that the spice is unsupported. Ideally, the operator should be warned prior the compute starts, but it does not seem to be a solution that can be implemented at this moment.
