Floating ip doesn't get migrated when perform a nova evacuate using nova-network multi host mode

Bug Description

Using nova-network multi_host mode Icehouse version

when evacuate an instance with floating ip , instance get rebuilded to another node, but floating ip doesn't updated to the new compute node.
