Bug Description
If nova-api service (or othre nova service with keystone-auth turned on) starts with account with invalid HOME directory crashes on startup. (I used nobody account.)
In [filter:authtoken] section in etc/nova/
But keystone.
So keystone middlware uses /SOME_INVALID_
