Bug Description

storage.zfs_pool_name does not exist in lxd >= 2.12,
CONF.lxd.pool should be used in that case.

It appears that the storage.zfs_pool_name was removed in lxd >= 2.9, see: https://github.com/lxc/lxd/blob/lxd-2.9/lxd/patches.go#L290
