Bug Description
In the topology document, the statement under General Topology is a bit confusing.

Does this mean that the host running nova-compute (DPM) and neutron-dpm-agent service pairs could then have such pairs for different OS controller nodes? In other words, the service pairs running on the same compute node could be managing entirely different OpenStack clouds?
