Bug Description

Installing OpenStack from master, with DevStack.
Service nova-compute fails to start due to a Python import error: "cannot import log from nova.openstack.common".

Logging has been changed in Nova, to use oslo_log. But nova-docker is still using the former logging code.

Sync oslo imports to be in line with Nova trunk

We should avoid oslo.* style imports and switch to oslo_log
    as well.
