Playlist: Shuffle not respected after playing 2nd song

Bug Description
Shuffle is enabled.
I create a playlist and double click one of the songs.
Then, using my keyboard multimedia key I skip to the next song.
The next song is chosen at random (good).
I REPEAT the process using my multimedia key.
The next song isn't random anymore and, from now on, songs are iterated sequentially, even though the Shuffle icon is still shown as "enabled".

@LRMAAX Are you still seeing this in 0.4? I've got 0.4.0.2 and I'm not seeing this issue there
