Bug Description

I add my album art manually, and Noise/Music overwrites the art I apply to my media. On some songs, the art shows wrong or missing, when i have the proper art applied to all my music.

I think it would be a good idea to include an option to disable the automatic album art.

I don't think we want to turn off the album art search completetly. I think we always want album art. But we probably shouldn't overwrite existing album art, so updated the bug title to reflect that and confirmed.

summary: - Option To Disable Automatic Album Art Search

Is an option to embed cover-art "into" each mp3 (or any supported kind of) file of an album is also possible ?

As nowadays music files go from pc to phone to tablet to *put_your_device_here* embedding cover art "into" each file would be a great thing !

There's a plugin (cover-art browser) for rhythmbox that almost does this - only when exporting files.

Also, if an album art already exists in the album folder, Noise/Music does not seem to see it;
