Bug Description

The hide/show info panel and show equalizer buttons should be placed more to the left to leave that space clear for the resize window area

Seeing as we have a large invisible resize area, I'd almost be more inclined to just remove the resize grip than to offset those buttons. But if that's not desire-able, I don't have a problem with this branch.

Daniel I would agree with the removal of the resize grip if the resize of any window of any app weren't as difficult as it is right now. I think it's a GTK3 thing, it's very distracting that the resize area, at any side or at any corner is like 2 pixels wide, just too difficult to grab. I suggest we use the resize grip in Noise until the resize bug is resolved system wide.

Gonzalo, the invisible resize area is 10px (the same size as a pane handle).
