Noise wont play music from another partition

Bug Description
Using Noise, both the install and seperate partiton being ext4, i can see my music on a seperate partition, and listen to it by right clicking the files and choosing to open with "Movie Player", however Noise will not open, or play the items. Tested with many music files and formats (.mp3, flac, ogg, etc)
