Bug Description

https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/latest/contributor/internals/external_dns_integration.html should list in more detail the various available dns extensions and the features that they provide.

It should also contain a clear warning that only one of the extensions must be enabled.

https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/latest/admin/config-dns-int.html should get a reference to that doc.
