Testing with https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/neutron/+/863315, concurrency set to 1 to try to catch what test (or tests) are failing.

I've tested with oslo.log 5.0.0, the upper version limited in "requirements", and seems that is working.

I think the patch between oslo.log 5.0.0 and 5.0.1 [1] is breaking our CI (and probably others). I'll open a bug to oslo.db.
