when delete port-pair, port-pair-detail is deleted but the port-pair is not as it is still used in port-pair-group

Bug Description
Let's assume that the port pair was used in port pair group. When i delete the port pair, the port pair detail of the port pair was deleted, but the port pair cannot deleted as it still be used in port pair group. I think this is a bug, do you think?
