Bug Description

when running "networking_odl.tests.unit.cmd.test_set_ovs_hostconfigs.TestSetOvsHostconfigs.test_log_in_file" test it creates a temporary file "<fd:x>" but does not delete it afterwards. Maybe the process is still holding the lock on the temporary file.
