Bug Description
If there is any issue between the OVSDB Server and client, and for some reason, logical switch is not created on the OVSDB Server.
At this point, it not possible to delete the connection.
The delete connection command fails with the error stating no logical switch found.
This is so annoying that there is no way to get rid of the entry from the DB. The only way to get rid of failed connection is by unstack.sh/stack.sh - this is what makes this critical.
I captured the trace, but, accidentally deleted it.
