Bug Description
This is a feature request to log and display bandwidth usage for GSM/UMTS/
Many mobile Internet subscriptions have bandwidth limits that providers sometimes track incorrectly and there seems to be no was that network manager currently can collect data to indicate mistakes.
Any hints on where to start to implement such a feature are appreciated, and anyone willing to implement this on a bounty basis, please contact me directly.

AFAIR, there is already some of this implemented, and clearly available through ModemManager. I'm just not certain anymore whether or under which conditions this information gets logged.
Still, it seems like it would be possible to ask NM or MM about the bandwidth usage directly, and expose this *somewhere* in UI, directly in nm-applet or elsewhere.
Can you please check if as a workaround you can already see this information logged to /var/log/syslog on a regular basis (I think it's every couple of seconds)? Thanks in advance.
