make clean doesn't delete automake/autoconf files in res-rsa

Bug Description
A 'make clean' is not deleting config.cache config.h config.log config.status in the res-rsa directory. I've been cleaning these things up on the debian/rules clean section but I think the attach patch is harmless and would clean up some loose ends in the debian/rules file.

As res-rsa has been removed from netrek-server, this bug should be swung over to the netrek-res-rsa launchpad project.
