Bug Description
Ubuntu some times when start the system turn so slowly, in the system monitor the memory is 400 mb or more, the half of my ram (I use a netbook) later if reboot the system the consume of memory is normal 160 mb more less.
I don't understand what happen, in the tab of resources the memory percent is of 400 and the process no one have that use of memory (obviously the sum of the memory of each process not are 400).

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.
