no way to empty trash can from the launcher

Bug Description
no visible way to empty the trash can from the UNR launcher. it appears that they only way to delete something is to go into the file manager and delete the trash from there.

this bug is not a dupplicate of bug #262406
it seems to be a duplicate of bug #240543
Anyway, i don't feel the need to have a trash can in the launcher since there is no desktop and nautilus is the only way to manipulate files therefore it seems logical to me to have the trash can in Nautilus only
