Bug Description

I have a Pro 5 for review. After receiving the phone, on the first start, the nearby scope started alright. Since then it never started again. Reinstalling the scopes named NearBy did not better the situation. If I can do anything to debug this any further, let me know.

Hi Ferdinand,

Sorry you are having this problem!

Can you please explain in a little more detail what you see when you launch the NearBy scope?

Also, what version of the NearBy scope do you have? (I just tried version 4.7.2 -- the latest released version -- on an M10 tablet and it seems to work well.)

Cheers,
Kyle

Hi Kyle,

sorry for coming back to you belated, I was out of town. I realized that I have some scopes with 'nearby' in thgeir name installed, but there is no actual 'NearBy Scope' that I can find in the Ubuntu Store. I have 'NearBy Articles' and 'NearBy Aggregator' installed. Now I am puzzled :)

To explain this a little further: After I reset the Pro 5 completely in the settings menu, NearBy showed as one of the predefined scopes.
