mythnettv problem with time parsing

Bug Description

some rss feeds provide the time with offsets for timezones. Example: "Mon, 22 Jun 2009 18:23:46 -0700". When parsed by mythnettv the output in the database is "time.struct_time(tm_year=2009, tm_mon=6, tm_mday=23, tm_hour=1, tm_min=23, tm_sec=46, tm_wday=1, tm_yday=174, tm_isdst=0)" instead of a well parsed date.
