Bug Description

Add Mythtv Image for RSS Feed, attached is an updated mythexportRSS.cgi which adds the Mythtv image from https://www.mythtv.org/w/images/7/7f/MythTV_square_logo.png to the RSS feed

I have tested this and it works well. I don't know if that image URL is permanent/unchanging, or whether it would be best to distribute the PNG with the mythexport package and host it locally.

I wonder if it's possible to have per-episode images in the RSS feed too?
