Appears there is a bug in musica, does not play ogg files in embedded jplayer.

Yeah, that's true. I've been fighting with this all evening.
Turns out this is a limitation of jPlayer, which requires an mp3, and supports an ogg as a secondary media:

I'll try to talk to the jplayer devs about this.
