Summary: Apps with mulitple popup child windows allow focus change between popups, but Musca 0.9.23 and below do not change the popup stacking order to match.

Experiemental fix committed to the dev tree in revision 226.

I'm not sure if this is related, but when quitting Inkscape with (for example) the Export Bitmap child window open causes Musca to stop responding to input and eating memory.
