[dashboard][glare] Filter for Applications is not working for app names with glare

Bug Description

This problem is reproduced only for Murano + Glare.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in WebUI.
2. Navigate to Applications -> Manage -> Packages.
3. Import some package (ex: io.murano).
4. Navigate to Applications -> Catalog -> Browse.
5. Select 'Name' as the filter type from the drop-down.
5. Enter the package name, i.e. "Core library".
6. Click on 'Filter' button and check results.

Expected result:
The app with the name "Core library" should be visible in the package table.

Observed result:
No packages are present in the package table.
