Bug Description
If Murano uses Glare as its package storage (it should be default), its CLI client should be called either with a murano-
This can be achieved by including an appropriate export to the openrc file distributed on nodes.
However, if the openrc file is downloaded from openstack dashboard (by clicking appropriate buttons at the "Compute/Access & Security/API access" panel) it does not include appropriate setting.
