Bug Description
murano uses the [rabbitmq] section of the config to connect to rabbit and put messages to the agent, that specific part doesnt support rabbitmq HA like the one that murano-api uses on the [oslo_messaging
As a workaround we are using a vip that balances rabbit just for this purpose but it will be great to have this since have rabbitmq balanced is not the best case scenario
