Bug Description
Currently in the application > catalog > env some applications from a.o.o. after deployment do not show an ip address via they are available. So we have to check that apps from a.o.o. will provide such information to users.
Steps to reproduce:
1) deploy devstack from master
2) go to application > manage > packages and import apache from a.o.o.
3) deploy it
4) after deployment go to application > catalog > env
Expected results:
You will see an ip via your application is available
Actual results:
Status - "Ready" and Last operation - "Apache is installed." there is no ip address
