F-Spot directory in /etc/userdata is incorrect

Bug Description
The entry in /etc/userdata for F-Spot points to ~/.gnome2/f-spot but that directory does not exist. I'm not sure if older versions of F-Spot used to store its configuration there but the latest version of F-Spot seems to store it in ~/.config/f-spot
