Bug Description
ENVIRONMENT: MOS 9.0 ISO 135
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create env(configuration irrelevant)
2. Deploy env
4. Login to Horizon
5. Click "Launch instance"
6. Navigate to "Networks" tab
EXPECTED RESULT:
Form not wry
ACTUAL RESULT:

I suppose that problem due to long name of network. But I will validate
