Bug Description

Log in to Horizon Dashboard.

1. Navigate to Identity -> Projects.
2. Create a new project.
3. On tab Project Members add admin with admin and member.
4. Try to switch to new project.

New project does not appear in Projects combo box.

On iso #567 it works better but the bug is still there.

6. Try to switch to "test" project.

"Test" project does not appear in Projects combo box.

This is a combination of https://review.openstack.org/#/c/244420/2 (pulled from upstream) and https://github.com/openstack/django_openstack_auth/commit/3715a5f445254520f951a5d791fb5eeeeb2b2b57 not pulled from upstream. The latter commit was merged on Dec 9, 2015 which means that it's present starting from 2.1.0 release while we're still using 2.0.0 release for 9.0, see http://perestroika-repo-tst.infra.mirantis.net/mos-repos/ubuntu/9.0/pool/main/p/python-django-openstack-auth/

That needs to be fixed.

Packaging team, we need to ensure that for 9.0 we'll use django-openstack-auth library of version >=2.2.0 (https://github.com/openstack/django_openstack_auth/releases/tag/2.2.0). If a newer version will be released before Mitaka RC (due to some critical bug being fixed), we'll need to pick it up instead.
