Bug Description

No history of volumes usage (mounting/umounting) is present into cinder logs
Please add entries into cinder logs about volumes mounting/umounting to instances

Date/time Volume ID attached/detached to Instance_ID

If you are only interested in logs and not in API, then this info is already available in nova-compute logs:

Log detailed attach/detach volumes info

Change cinder-volume logs level from debug to info to have
information about volume attach/detach usage.
