Bug Description

There are several issues about mos 8.0 repository,

1. No gpg key NO_PUBKEY BCE5CC461FA22B08 on openstack nodes, need manual import key from http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/mos-repos/ubuntu/8.0/archive-mos8.0.key.

2. fuel-createmirror -M didn't work very well, mos-holdback was not synced, and /etc/apt/source.list.d/mos-holdback.list was created as

deb http://10.14.20.2:8080/mirrors/mos-repos/ubuntu/8.0 mos8.0 main restricted
this caused a duplicate record for mos8.0, and apt-get update failed.

3. fuel-createmirror -U didn't get enough package for ironic deployment, tftp related packages was not synced to local.

Fuel-build team, please take a look. If this bug should be split to several ones, please proceed. It looks like it's partially solved in master by https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1552956

For about (1) - for some reason we didn't enable signature verification at mos8.0. Non-existent key doesn't break deployment stage. You could manually import the key, but it is not necessary.

Regarding #2 - you are correct, appropriate fix has been applied to master already, so we need to cherry-pick it to stable/8.0 as well.

Regarding #3 - all additional packages required for deployment should be added to https://github.com/openstack/fuel-mirror/blob/master/contrib/fuel_mirror/data/ubuntu.yaml - and, in this case, cherry-picked to stable/8.0 as well.
