Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Import application package
2. Create new environment
3. Add imported application as a component to the created environment
4. Deploy environment and wait for finish
5. Delete imported(deployed) package
6. Try to delete earlier created environment
Observed result:
Environment deletion fail with error (take a look at attached fail)
