Attempt to restart neutron server fails under CentOS:
[root@node-4 ~]# service neutron-server restart
/sbin/service: line 66: 13268 Terminated env -i PATH="$PATH" TERM="$TERM" "${SERVICEDIR}
It even doesn't help to restart it once again (same error), but separate stop - start helps.
