Bug Description
moonshot-webp either has an assert failure or exits silently if it doesn't like the certificate it received. If it succeeds, it puts up a dialog to approve import of the certificate. Any time it does not import the certificate, it should print an error. Also any asserts based on contents of the file should be a conditional with an error message before exit.
