spaces in openid_sreg_required and openid_sreg_optional break things

If openid_sreg_required and/or openid_sreg_optional contain spaces (e.g. after the comma, as in: "nickname, email, fullname" as opposed to "nickname,email,fullname"), then it does not work as expected, as the options do not get parsed correctly. The attached patch should fix this.
