molteniron status return incomplete reservation id

Bug Description

Reservation id is what being used to perform other operations, e.g. molteniron release <id>, so it should be obtainable through molteniron status, but molteniron status returns incomplete uuid, e.g.:

3926153b-ada when it should give 3926153b-ada8-4af4-8e12-eb330f34accb

    Return complete reservation id

    Changed the length of the provisioned field for the
    molteniron status command. Also added the missing
    ipmi_ip field for the blob_status aggregate.
