if you don't specify series in a deployment config file, $MOJO_SERIES env variable may override --series

Bug Description
If your deployment config has "series: {{ series }}" then the value of --series is used. However it seem that if your deployment config doesn't have this, series will never be rendered into the deployment config, and mojo will end up assuming MOJO_SERIES is the series you want.
