Bug Description

When accessing wiki.c.c from a non-js mobile device I get the following screens:

You are not allowed to view this page -> click the login button
Shown a login form with the fields name, password, openid (no actual field though) and a button that says login -> leave fields blank, click Login
OpenID vereification requires that you click this button: [continue] -> click button
[visit launchpad.net, login, etc] -> redirected to wiki.c.c
OpenID error: Invalid openid.mode: u'checkid_setup'. Clear message. You are not allowed to view this page.

Suggestions:
 * Hide the form fields on the login form, indicate that you need to click the button to login
 * Differentiate the second "openid verification requires..." form which will now look very much like the preceeding one
 * Make it so that this actually works. :-)

It would be nice if there was a simpler, one-step way. Having all these forms that auto-submit to each other using JS feels very hackish to me.
