Show contact list then close edit account window cause marquee bar disappear

Show contact list then close edit account window cause marquee bar disappear. If close contact list window and edit account, then close edit account window, the issue doesn't happen.

Reproduced steps:
-----------
1. Launch IM from home screen.
2. Add a new account, input loginID and password, then enable this account.
3. Click "Close" button or X to close the "Account" window.
4. Click IM icon on status bar, select "Show Contact List" on drop down menu
5. Click IM icon on status bar, select "Edit Accounts" on drop down menu, then click "Close" button or X on status bar to close the "Account" window.

Current result:

In step5, marquee bar disappear, click any app icon will make marquee bar appear. Step4&5 is important steps to reproduce the issue. Step1-3 is used to configure IM the first time.
