sd8686 driver: unable to get ip via dhcp after switch APs

Bug Description
I'm using sd8686 driver on menlow-lpia-ume platform.
I have 2 APs for test, both are using WEP.
After connect to AP1, I try to associate AP2.
iwconfig command shows essid has been changed to AP2, however it always failed to get ip.
Reproduce steps:
1. Associate with AP1 and get IP via dhcp
2. (Now the essid is set to AP1) associate with AP2
3. Not able to get ip via dhcp. ( iwconfig shows current essid is AP2 )
