Scroll bar still exist if add many accounts to chat, it should use Moko component
Reproduced steps:
-------
1.Launch chat application from desktop
2.Add a new account
3.Repeat step2 to add 20 accounts
Current results:
-------
A scroll bar shows.
Expected results:
-------
Scroll bar should not exist. It should use Moko component.
