Bug Description

mkusb version: 12.2.7 (unstable) for ubuntu desktop 16.04
iso: ubuntu-17.04-server-amd64/ubuntu-16.04-server-amd64

On both uefi and bios machines.

Errors at grub:
    error: not a regular file
    error: load kernel first

The grub line for linux was showing '($root)//' instead of '($root)/vmlinuz.../'. I think this the issue.

I was using mkusb 12.2.7, because this version was capable of installing a bios compatible version from my uefi based ubuntu image computer. (Good news I can now boot to the grub menu)

I can make a working toram persistent install using 12.2.6 for uefi only.
