Bug Description
When ever I restart JACK, which is every time I want to switch soundcards, I have to reconfigure Mixxx the next time I start it. I guess this is because the ID of the "system" output device changes or something. Would it be possible for Mixxx to try to find an appropriate device based on the device name (usually "system", but also the pulse output, or what ever else exists), if the device ID has changed? This would dramatically reduce the number of times I have to manually re-configure Mixxx.

I am just working to port the Portaudio Jack implementation directly to the Mixxx source.
Based on this, we are able to fix various Jack issues.
