library views with no configured layout should use main library layout

Bug Description
I don't like the default library layout. Once I've set it up, I'd prefer if all views (crates, playlists, history, etc) would all use that layout. If I specifically change a secondary library, then mixxx should save it. Otherwise, it should always be the same as the main library layout.

The reason they are different is they often have different columns (e.g.
playlists have the # column). We're currently using QHeaderState and just
serializing it to a byte array and inflating it on startup. If we came up
with a custom header representation we could deal with things like this.
