[regression] Trust prompt not shown when starting camera

mx4 seems to do the same thing (meizu.en-proposed) rev421 + silo 36

seems rev 3233 was the cause. The fix doesn't seem too involved, will opt for actually fixing instead of reverting revision.

Seems that in fixing lp: #1577967, the surface was changed to incorrectly report the requested (ie, 'spec') size, whereas previously it was reporting the shell-designated size (ie, surface_proto response). This wasn't a problem when the request and response were the same size. Trust prompts apparently though rely on the shell specifying a non-requested size, and would get confused about the size.
